Its ergonomic shape ensures a correct and comfortable fit, while breathable materials efficiently wick moisture away through the fleece lining. A consistent thickness of approximately 25 mm provides uniform support, and the addition of silicone logos helps prevent slipping, keeping the pad securely in place—even during sporty rides or competitions.The outer layer is made from 100% polyester combined with thermoplastic gel, while the filling consists of 100% MTP flexible polyurethane foam. The fleece lining is also 100% polyester, enhanced with silicone applications for added grip and stability.Originally developed by NASA in the 1960s for aircraft seating, memory foam plays a key role in this pad’s construction. Its unique slow-recovery properties allow it to distribute surface pressure evenly, absorb shocks, and reduce vibrations.
