This girth is made from breathable MEMOFORM® textile. The elastic property of this material guarantees a high level of comfort. The softly padded belly zone from synthetic rubber prevents the saddle from sliding.Due to the anatomical shape the girth makes ideal pressure distribution possible. It relieves the breast bone and offers elbow room. This makes the girth also perfect for sensitive horses.The roller buckles are made of stainless steel which makes girthing easy. Made from MEMOFORM® and LEMICO® the girth is durable, while at the same time easy to care (machine washable, cold wash, please protect the buckles!).The expert for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Prof. Dr. Chen Zhang YI, developed a vegetable substance that is incorporated in the belly zone both sides of the rubber padding. This herbal mixture, which has already successfully proven its effect in DT Saddlery’s snaffle and double bridles, can lead to a more contented and balanced horse. Does not test for doping.However, the synthetic rubber is not UV-resistant, so please do not leave the saddle girth in the sun for drying.Because of the padding at belly zone we recommend to order the girth approx. 5 – 10 cm longer than usual.
